Cheffins has taken over the management of Units One and Two at South Cambridgeshire Business Park, Sawston. Appointed by Nile Finance, the landlord, in December 2025, Cheffins will now oversee the day-to-day running of the buildings as part of its sizeable 300-property-strong portfolio.
The modern units are fully occupied and Cheffins has now undertaken all mandatory and statutory compliance works, alongside implementing electrical upgrades to the buildings and ensuring full regulatory compliance, while also increasing operational efficiency.
